Ayurveda is a natural and comprehensive
approach to health care. A 5000 year old approach to medicine, Ayurveda not only treats the problem, but addresses it on a
root level in order to help every individual live a healthy life. Each
consultation consists of an individualized assesment based on the five elements and the Ayurvedic body types using the traditional
art of pulse diagnosis. Dietary, lifestyle and herbal recommendations are administered based on each individuals needs.
