Ayurveda is a natural and preventative form of medicine which targets the root cause of disease by not only treating the disorder but by eliminating problems before they arise.

In India, from the ancient language of Sanskrit, the word Ayurveda is literally translated as the Science of lifespan. It originates as far back as 5000 years and is believed to be the oldest healing science in existence.
Ayurveda focuses on diet, digestion & nutrition according to each individual, unique in their physical, mental & emotional characteristics, to help restore the body.
